Returns
You may return your order within 14
business days from the date you received it, without explanations of reasons of
return. Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to
present the corresponding receipt.
The easiest way to return an item is by
contacting U-SHOE’D office by phone or e-mail, and agreeing on the most
convenient way for you to make a return.
If you prefer, you may take an item to the
nearest Post Office (to find a location, please, visit www.canadapost.ca). Alternatively, you may
call Canada Post customer service +1(866)607-6301 to schedule a pick up at your
home. In this case, the shipping expenses are covered by the sender.
Once the return has been received, you will
receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
Exchanges
There are two options to exchange your
products:
For another size or colour, as long as it is the same price, no additional payment necessary.
For a different item, U-SHOE'D will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item online.
