Delivery and Shipping

Standard delivery in Winnipeg is $5.00 CAD within 2 business days to the address you will provide.
If we don’t have the item (or necessary size and colour) in our stock right now (Pre-Order option), it might take up to 6 weeks to deliver your order. All questions on delivery and shipping can be discussed with our customer service by e-mail or phone.
Shipping in Canada and USA is done through Canada Post. You may find Canada Post rates here: https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/far/business/findARate?execution=e2s1
The payment for the shipping to other cities of Canada and USA is made to Canada Post at the moment of receiving your order.
Free delivery in Winnipeg and free shipping through Canada from $100.00 CAD (before taxes).

Returns and Exchange

Returns

You may return your order within 14 business days from the date you received it, without explanations of reasons of return. Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt.

The easiest way to return an item is by contacting U-SHOE’D office by phone or e-mail, and agreeing on the most convenient way for you to make a return.

If you prefer, you may take an item to the nearest Post Office (to find a location, please, visit www.canadapost.ca). Alternatively, you may call Canada Post customer service +1(866)607-6301 to schedule a pick up at your home. In this case, the shipping expenses are covered by the sender.

Once the return has been received, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

Exchanges

There are two options to exchange your products:

For another size or colour, as long as it is the same price, no additional payment necessary.

For a different item, U-SHOE’D will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item online.

Shopping and Payments

It is very easy to shop with U-SHOE’D:

Choose the section (WOMEN, MEN, MAHORA) and the product type (e.g. DRESSES & SKIRTS, T-SHIRTS, etc).
Look through the products you are interested in and click on the picture to zoom in and view every detail, available sizes, price, and to read the composition of the product.
Select a clothing or jewelry item and add it to your basket. Then you can continue shopping or to process your order.
Select method of payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, or PAYPAL.
Confirm your order.
You will receive an e-mail and a text message confirming your order.
Our customer service will contact you on delivery details.
